Happy Thanksgiving, Tank - TX 4ever

One of my fondest Turkey Day memories is when I was living in Killeen, with no where to go for Thanksgiving. You and Angela took me in and brought me to her family's house. I remember meeting at your apartment and looking at the Texas flag on your porch in the low winter sun - it's as if the Earth stood still for that moment. It is eternalized in my mind and a memory I will cherish forever. I'm still thankful for you and all you did for me as I grew into manhood so many miles away from everything and everyone I knew. I'm grateful to have known you and hope we can drink a holiday beer together again someday, in this lifetime or the next. Your friend,
